Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses. Orders delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom mainland are calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery is typically made within 5-7 working days. Non-stock items may take longer. 

There may be an additional charge for some locations in the United Kingdom. These include Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands. To discuss deliveries to these locations please email info@hardtopcanopies.com or phone +44 7907 759660.

Tracking information will be sent to you at the time of dispatch. A signature will be required on delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver your order after several attempts it may be returned to us and you may be charged for subsequent re-dispatches.

Returns

In the highly unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you should notify us in writing (by post or email) as soon as possible and no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods.

The item(s) must be returned to us in a good condition, be unused and in the original packaging. If the returned goods are not adequately packaged or are returned damaged, you will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair. Please allow 28 days for refunds/exchanges to be processed. No refund will be given until the goods have been returned and thoroughly inspected by us.
